Guacamole Bread Spread - Healthy Breakfast

Avacado is highly nutrient fruit which has many health benefits specially it has heart healthy monounsaturated fatty acids which is good to lower blood pressure. Since it is rich and creamy many  dips and spreads are made out of it!! This guacamole is one of its variation which is loaded with many other vegetables to give that extra taste.



Ingredients: 

  • Ripe Avacado - 1
  • Lime juice - 1/2 Tea spoon
  • Onions Chopped - 1/2
  • Tomatoes Chopped - 1/2 (remove seeds)
  • Cilantro - 2 Table Spoon
  • Pepper Powder - 1/2 Tea Spoon
  • Salt - To Taste
  • Veg Omelette -1 (optional)
Procedure:

  • Take a ripe Avacado and cut into half
  • Remove the seed from it and scoop out the avacado flesh
  • Mash the avacado into smooth paste
  • Add cilantro, tomatoes, onions, lime juice, pepper powder and salt to it
  • Mix everything
  • Spread this onto any bread.
  • For extra taste make an omelette with lots of veggies

  • Have this healthy and tasty breakfast for a good start of the day.

Veg Chow Mein Noodles

Chow Mein Noodles are Chinese Noodles stir fried in oil with sauces and veggies and meat. There are two variations in chow mein Steamed Chow mein and crispy Chow mein. Today lets see how to make soft version which can be taken as breakfast or evening snack especially for kids who does not like veggies to eat such recipes are great to make them eat healthy fun food.



Ingredients :
  • Chow Mein Noodles - 4 Small Blocks
  • Onions Chopped - 1 small
  • CarrotsChopped - 1/2 Cup
  • Capsicum Chopped - 1/2 Cup
  • Cabbage Chopped - 1/4 Cup
  • Spring Onions Chopped - 1/4 Cup 
  • Garlic Crushed - 4-5 Big Cloves
  • Cooking Oil - 5 Tea Spoons
  • Soy Sauce - 1 Table Spoon
  • Vinegar - 1/2 Table Spoon
  • Tomato Sauce - 1 Table Spoon
  • Chilli Sauce - 3/4 Table Spoon
  • Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 Table Spoon
  • Salt - To Taste
  • Water - As Required
Procedure :
  • Take a big bowl of water add 1tea spoon oil and salt and heat it on medium - high flame 
  • Once it is rolling boiling add noodles to it
  • Cook the noodles till it is slightly cooked or till aldante (one bite)
  • Add the noodles to cold water to stop the cooking prodecure 
  • Now strain the noodles and add oil and soy sauce to it
  • Keep noodles a side Lets start to prepare sauce
  • Take a clean bowl and add soy sauce, vinegar, tomato sauce, chilli sauce, salt and black pepper powder. Mix everything properly (adjust each ingredient according to your taste)
  • Take a non stick pan add oil let it get heated on medium flame then add onions garlic and all remaing veggies
  • Cook it for 3-4 minutes
  • Now add noodles and sauce mixture to it and mix everything carefully without breaking noodles.
  • Garnish with some spring onions and tomato sauce and serve it!!

Dill Chicken Drumsticks / Soya Kura Chicken

This authentic Dill Chicken is very tasty and unique in its way which is made of Dill leaves and some spices.



Ingredients:


  • Chicken Drumsticks - 5
  • Chopped Dill Leaves - 1 Cup
  • Chopped Onion - 1 Big
  • Chopped Tomatoes - 1 Small
  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Tea spoon
  • Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Tea spoon
  • Chilli Powder - 1 1/2 Tea spoon
  • Dhania Powder - 1/2 Tea spoon
  • Chicken Masala - 1/2 Tea spoon
  • Salt - To Taste
  • Oil - 3-4 Table spoon
  • Water - 1/2 Cup
Procedure:
  • Take a pan and add oil to it. Allow oil to get heated on a medium flame.
  • Add chopped onions and dill leaves to the oil cook untill its raw smell is gone.
  • Now add chopped tomatoes and cook for 3 minutes.
  • Add ginger garlic paste and turmeric powder.
  • Take fresh and neatly cleaned chicken and add to the above mixture.
  • Add red chilli powder, salt and dhania powder to the chicken.
  • Allow the chicken to cook for about 15-20 minutes if needed add water.
  • Lastly add Chicken masala to it.
  • Serve the Dill chicken Drumsticks with hot rice!
