Guacamole Bread Spread - Healthy Breakfast

Avacado is highly nutrient fruit which has many health benefits specially it has heart healthy monounsaturated fatty acids which is good to lower blood pressure. Since it is rich and creamy many  dips and spreads are made out of it!! This guacamole is one of its variation which is loaded with many other vegetables to give that extra taste.



Ingredients: 

  • Ripe Avacado - 1
  • Lime juice - 1/2 Tea spoon
  • Onions Chopped - 1/2
  • Tomatoes Chopped - 1/2 (remove seeds)
  • Cilantro - 2 Table Spoon
  • Pepper Powder - 1/2 Tea Spoon
  • Salt - To Taste
  • Veg Omelette -1 (optional)
Procedure:

  • Take a ripe Avacado and cut into half
  • Remove the seed from it and scoop out the avacado flesh
  • Mash the avacado into smooth paste
  • Add cilantro, tomatoes, onions, lime juice, pepper powder and salt to it
  • Mix everything
  • Spread this onto any bread.
  • For extra taste make an omelette with lots of veggies

  • Have this healthy and tasty breakfast for a good start of the day.
